Who is required to take the TOEFL Test?
The Office of Admissions and Recruitment will determine if you are required to take the TOEFL. The Office of Admissions and Recruitment usually recommends that International students who are comfortable with English take the TOEFL test. The Office of Graduate Student Services will determine which tests you need to take for admission to Graduate School. Registration Procedures: Step 1: Determine if you need to take the test Apply for admission to UTEP or graduate school. The Office of Admissions and Recruitment or the Office of Graduate Student Services will determine what tests you need to take. ** NOTE: The Institutional TOEFL is valid only at UTEP.
