Who is required to submit immunization records to attend SUNY Potsdam?
All students born after January 1,1957 and who are taking six or more credit hours are required to submit evidence of immunity to mumps, measles and rubella. Evidence for measles immunity is two immunizations, starting on or after the first birthday, or blood work showing immunity (a positive titer). Evidence for measles and rubella is one shot on or after the first birthday or a titer showing immunity.
