Who is required to purchase a city sticker, and what is the fee?
A city sticker is required for any resident of Excelsior Springs that owns a vehicle or motorcycle. To purchase a city sticker, you must present proof that you paid the current year’s personal property tax either for Excelsior Springs, or for the city or county you moved from.
