Who is required to participate in the Performance Management program?
In fiscal year 2009, over 800 administrative employees on the Managerial Pay Plan from various divisions were recommended by the head of their organizations to participate in the program. Each employee was selected to set performance goals in support of his/her division’s mission, aligned with the Chancellor’s Strategic Priorities.
