Who is required to have a valid Family Care Plan on file?
All Single-parent military members with custody of children under 19 years of age, dual military couples with dependents under the age of 19, and any other service member who otherwise bear sole responsibility for the care of family members who are unable to care for themselves in the absence of the member MUST have a VALID Family Care Plan on file AT ALL TIMES!
