Who is required to file a financial disclosure statement?
In general, either of the following employees must file: those meeting the definition of Public Official Grade 16 or above (see definition in Financial Disclosure Instructions) or, those having significant authority in relation to contracts/procurements in excess of $10,000.00 per annum (see Financial Disclosure Instructions), even if the employee is in a salary grade below 16.
