Who is required to complete and sign a GIT/REP-1, -2, or -3 form in order to record the deed?
The resident or Non-Resident seller/grantor/written authorized representative (who has a signed Power of Attorney or Letter of Authority) that is required to sign the deed for the sale/transfer of real property in New Jersey, other than Sheriffs Sales and Bankruptcy Trust Sales, is the person required to complete and sign the GIT/REP-1, -2, or -3 form.
