If the activities performed by an individual or a business involves the activities contemplated in the definition of a “mortgage loan originator” pursuant to The New Mexico Mortgage Loan Originator Licensing Act, Section 3 (K), and/or the definition of a “mortgage loan company” pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Company Act, Subsection 58-21-2 (I), licensure is triggered.
