Reiko Aylesworth is an American actress who is most famous for playing the part of Michelle Dessler in television drama ’24’. Reiko Aylesworth was born on the 9th of December 1972 in Chicago, Illinois. She moved to Seattle when she was 13 years old and later attended the University of Washington. Aylesworth is one quarter of Japanese descent. Aylesworth began acting on stage. In 1992-93, Aylesworth acted as the part of Wendy in Peter Pan at the Intiman Theatre Company in Seattle. This role helped her to get an audition for the soap opera ‘One Life to Live’. After starring on the small screen for a few years, Aylesworth won minor roles in movies ‘You’ve Got Mail’ and ‘Random Hearts’. In 2001, she auditioned for the part of Nina Myers for the first season of ’24’. She did not get this part, but impressed casting agents enough to be remembered the following year, when they were casting for the part of Michelle Dessler. Aylesworth played this role from Season Two to Season Five.
