This was a joke amongst a bunch of the Forummers. Randy has a website where he shows his interest in Peter Pan and what Peter Pan stands for. Several Forummers joked about him and it eventually turned into him supposedly joining Liquid Tension Experiment as a fifth member. This was all a JOKE and should NOT be taken seriously.
