I have no doubt. The answer would be Sonoko. Ran and Sonoko have been friends since they were little kids (like Ran and Shinichi). I believe these two girls have a very strong relationship. However, the relationship between Ran and Kazuha is different. They are (girl) friends of two talented detectives. This is what Ran and Kazuha have in common. That’s why they understand each other. They also have other things in common such as they know martial arts and both are afraid of ghosts. I think Ran is very lucky to have close friends like Sonoko and Kazuha.
