Publius Socrates is an individual who believes that we should move with all deliberate speed to emulate the concept of Wikipedia and make this effort to improve government the property of humankind. Publius deems that putting a personality up front is to betray the effort to constantly improve with an “open source” approach. To maintain the integrity of the effort, self-promotion must be avoided.
