Who is Prof. Sidi Osho?
Prof. Osho grew up in a humble beginning. Born to parents –the late Alhaji A.A Andrew and my mother is still alive Saudat Adedoyin Andrew, I went to primary school at Jericho in Ibadan. I also went to St. Theresa College in Ibadan and proceeded to the United States of America where I got a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Food Science and Technology. I also got a Master’s in Ohio State University and then a PhD in University of Ibadan. I’m from Ogun State, Ijebu, Odo-Iselu, very close to Ijebu-Ode. Why the choice of agriculture? Agriculture and food security are areas that contribute to development, a nation that does not have food is finished but I believe everybody eats food everyday and the nation has to develop agricultural frontiers for two reasons; one, to make food more available for the masses and two, to be able to support industrial development for the country. So, as far as agriculture is concerned … my aspect is post harvest, which is processes, utilization, and industr
