Who is Pritchard & Abbott?
Pritchard & Abbott is the appraisal company contracted to value the mineral properties for TAD and a number of surrounding counties. P&A is an appraisal firm that specializes in the valuation of minerals and industrial property. There are a handful of companies like them that have the expertise to value these unique properties, and do so for many counties in Texas and other states.
