Princes Kakyuu is the princess of the Planet Kinmoku, a distant planet. Kakyuu means fireball and Kinmoku means fragrant olive. Princess Kakyuu’s guardian Sailor Senshi are the Sailor Starlights. In the manga, Princess Kakyuu could transform into Sailor Kakyuu. Princess Kakyuu’s and the Sailor Starlights’ planet was destroyed by Galaxia. Princess Kakyuu escaped and hid on Earth so Galaxia couldn’t find her and get her star seed. The Sailor Starlights arrived on Earth to find and protect her. After Galaxia is defeated, Princess Kakyuu and the Sailor Starlights leave to find a new planet and rebuild their society on the new planet.
