• I am Powered Paragliding instructor certified by Ministry of Transportation Canada. • I have been appointed an “Authorized person in the Ontario region to complete the certification of Aviation Personnel Licenses and Permits on behalf of Transport Canada” See 1 and 2 • I operate Powered Paragliding Ontario – paramotoring school, located in St. Catharines Ontario, CANADA • I have been paragliding since 1988 in Europe, South America and the Finger Lake region of New York State. • I have taught paragliding from 1989 to 1993. • I have added paramotor and started powered paragliding in spring 1999. • I also own and manage Peaks Indoor Rock Climbing Club – since 1994 • I have been teaching rock climbing for close to 20 years. • Andre’s licenses PPG instructor and PG pilot Mark Andrews.
