You Are! We operate to serve our member-owners. Therefore, unlike other financial institutions, if you are a member of a credit union you reap the benefits… not stockholders or committee members. We return our earnings to all members in the form of reduced interest rates on loans, higher yields on deposit accounts and minimal service charges. Our focus is on member service – helping members reach their financial goals by providing a variety of quality financial services at reasonable prices. Also, as a member-owner of Pinnacle Credit Union, you have a voice in how the institution is run by electing the unpaid volunteer Board of Directors. The Board is elected democratically, with every member entitled to one vote. Pinnacle Credit Union was established in 1926 in a small basement room of Grady High School.
