Who is Peak Performance Physical Therapy?
Peak Performance Physical Therapy is a private, locally owned company formed by three physical therapists in 1999. The main clinic is at 11320 Industriplex Blvd. There is also a clinic located inside the Spectrum on Monterrey Blvd. and another adjoining the Spectrum location in Denham Springs. Peak Performance is not affiliated with the Spectrum Health Clubs but works in close association with Spectrum to provide the most complete rehab and health club services available in the Baton Rouge area. Peak Performance Physical Therapy has geared its practice toward orthopedic and sports injuries, industrial and work related injuries, functional capacity evaluations, and custom foot orthotics (shoe inserts). We also provide community outreach services including coverage of high school sports, youth sports leagues, and other local sporting events.
