Who is paying Class Counsel and the settlement administrators expenses?
No Class Member will pay or buy anything under the terms of the Proposed Settlement. The Defendants will separately pay the fees and costs that the Court awards according to the provisions set forth in the Settlement Agreement. These amounts will not reduce the benefits available to the Class Members. The Defendants will also pay the costs to administer the settlement and to provide notice to the Class Members as provided by the Settlement Agreement.
