Who is Pastor George?
George Lawson led the Riverside Seventh Day Baptist Churchs youth and childrens ministries for 4 years before beginning Maranatha Community Church in 2006. George and his wife Karen live in Moreno Valley, California, with three of their four children … Jonathan, Stephen and Elisabeth. Their eldest son, Matthew, also lives in Moreno Valley with his wife, Sandy, and daughter, Gabriella. George has a heart for seeing people come to know Christ, grow in their relationship with Him, and fulfill their life purpose in Christ. He believes the pastors role is to facilitate and equip others, and to help them discover their own gifts, talents and ministries.
