This poultry will be schechted, soaked and salted L’mehadrin Min Hamehadrin, meaning, according to the highest standards of Kashrut. The kashrut will be overseen by Rabbi Elly Jacobs with Rabbi Avrohom Leib Greenberg serving as Advisor and Bodek Sakinim.
