The Nominating Committee consists of at least three and not more than six people. It includes at least one past president, one member of the Parents’ Association and one member of the Board of Directors. The Chair of the Nominating Committee and other members are appointed by the Board of Directors. The Nominating Committee is also responsible for placing volunteers on the Board of Director’s Committees.
