Mr David William Brewer , CMG, FCII, Non-executive Chairman, aged 66 Mr Brewer is one of the leading UK experts on the financial services sector in China . His experience in China dates back to 1981, when he set up the Chinese office of the Sedgwick Group, making it the first Western insurance broker to open an office in China , and in 1993 he was responsible for obtaining the first authorisation of an insurance broker in China . David is currently Lord Mayor of the City of London . He is a non-executive director of London Asia Capital plc which is traded on AIM.
