Ocotillo Capital was established in 2005 by Elliott M. Gartner and Seth Rosenberg, Registered Representatives of Fitzgibbon Toigo & Co. LLC, (FTCO), Member FINRA and SIPC. Ocotillo Capital provides administrative and logistical support for Mr. Gartner and Mr. Rosenberg, to enable them to provide third-party marketing for investment managers of products focused substantially on institutional investors. Efforts to secure assets for investment managers through the solicitation of segregated accounts or the offering of securities are conducted solely through FTCO. FTCO is the primary operating subsidiary of Fitzgibbon Toigo Associates LLC (FTA), a financial services holding company headquartered in Montclair, New Jersey.
