Nick Berardino has been OCEA’s General Manager since early 2004. He has been a standout on OCEA’s staff for a quarter of a century. After two years of distinguished service in the Marine Corps, Nick studied at California State University, Dominguez Hills, where he received his BA in 1974. Nick knows OCEA inside and out, and his familiarity with County operations and personnel has been a key factor in OCEA’s ongoing success.
