Who is not eligible to use Online Flight Check-in?
If you meet any of the following criteria, you will not be able to use Online Flight Check-in and will need to check in at a JetBlue ticket counter: • Traveling with a pet • Traveling on a group reservation in a party of 10 or more • Standby customers who do not have a confirmed reservation • Unaccompanied minors • Traveling internationally • Traveling with a lap infant free of charge • Customers who have requested additional assistance upon check in • Customers who have purchased an extra seat • Customers bringing an extra bag or extra baggage on their flight • Customers traveling with a service animalIn addition to the criteria above, customers may not be able to use the remote check-in process due to security directives issued by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) . Please check in at the airport ticket counter where a JetBlue Customer Service Agent will assist you.
