Who is not a good candidate for Japanese hair straightening?

Unfortunately, if you have bleached hair or bleached highlights, I am unable to do this service for you. Bleached hair is too dry inside and using straightening chemicals on it will result in frizzy hair. Also, highlighted hair and regular hair have different properties and will not have good results. PLEASE NOTE: Even if you have previously highlighted hair that was redone all in one color, the highlighted sections that are covered over still have the properties of highlighted hair so the results will be unsatisfactory. If you have naturally spiral-type hair, I am unable to do this service for you as well. The reason is because spirally hair has very strong curl characteristics and the straightening chemicals won’t fully straighten the hair. The results will be mixed, some parts will remain straight while others will soon become curly again. If you have very dry hair, I cannot do Japanese hair straightening for you since it’s a similar situation as bleached hair.
