Who is NACHI and TAREI?
Our inspectors belong to one or more of these associations. Mr. Cahill belongs to ASHI, the nations preeminent inspection association. The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) is a relatively young group of inspectors. As an alternate to ASHI we find this group of professionals to be fair, hard working and consumer oriented. The Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (TAREI) is the oldest and most recognized association in Texas. Mr. Cahill served this group as President elect and remains a supportive member today. We endorse these inspector associations because they support the needs of the home buyer and are they dedicated to improving the home inspection industry. Although these groups compete for members amongst themselves, Mr. Cahill is proud to be a member of them all.
