Qwest decision to move to a subscriber agreement will apply to all new and existing Qwest High-Speed InternetTM service customers. New customers added starting January 28, 2006 will immediately be governed by the subscriber agreement. Existing customers will be migrated on November 16, 2006 if they have not made a change causing them to move prior.
