Metavante Corp processes the payments for our bill payment program. You will need to contact Metavante Corp to stop payment on a check, request a copy of a check, research a past payment and assistance with other bill payment questions. To contact Metavante Corp, call 800-823-7555. How do I stop payment on a check? Stop payments can be requested as long as the payment has not been processed. Payments are processed three to five days prior to the payment date you schedule to ensure they arrive on time. If you need to make a stop payment, submit your request to Metavante Corp at 800-823-7555. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for any stop payments placed. How do I discontinue bill payment?
