McMillan Real Estate & Construction is an independent (not franchised) family owned company specializing in thorough knowledge of local real estate markets as well as new luxury home construction in the South Brunswick Isles. The company was founded by Chuck and Georgia McMillan in the early 1990’s. Their two sons, Chris and Jason, both work for the company. Under the McMillan Real Estate & Construction “umbrella” there are four separate construction companies. Chuck McMillan Const. Inc., Chris McMillan Const. Inc., Jason McMillan Const. and 3M Contracting Inc.; all offer products for sale through McMillan Real Estate. Included in the family are carefully selected agents.
