Who is Matthias and Why a watch dog program?
Hi, I am Matthias Allred, welcome to my Watch Dog Program. I have been in the mortgage industry for 6 years and if there is one thing I can not stand, its FRAUD and DISHONESTY. I have helped hundred of clients get into great loans, but I have also seen many people be taken advantage of by unethical brokers and lenders. These unscrupulous lenders have given our industry a black eye and, unfortunately, given great lenders a bad name as well. I created this Watch Dog Program to give clients a great resource to turn to when getting a new loan. There are some amazing and honest lenders out there who are writing good loans. Sadly, there are still lenders out there who are looking to take advantage of borrowers and are still conducting dis-honest loans.
