Allison is the CEO of MFC. • MFC has hired Josh Broder, Mark Curtis and Tilson Fiber Technology, LLC (“TFC”) to manage the day-to-day operations of MFC and to manage the construction and operation of the 3RB. Josh Broder is the President of MFC and Mark Curtis is the Field Operations Director for MFC and the 3RB project. • GWI is not an investor in MFC and no employee of GWI is on the MFC Board of Directors. Allison served on the GWI Board of Directors from 2003-2009 and resigned when the Federal Grant was announced. Allison owns approximately 3.5 % of the GWI stock.
