M.C. Gill Corporation bought Insoleq Ltd in 1997, creating M.C. Gill Corporation Europe Ltd as a European fabrication and distribution centre. The company continues to offer all of Insoleq’s fast, responsive and economical fabrication services but now includes the stocking and distribution of M. C. Gill’s Gillfab, Gilliner and Gillfloor sandwich panels and Cargo Liner material’s in addition to the detailing of Gillcore Nomex honeycomb core.
