Who is Luna talking to on the computer in the early episodes?
It’s Artemis, Sailor Venus’s cat. Luna is rather annoyed when she finds out. The dub goofs here. In dubbed episode 39, Luna and Artemis inexplicably refer to a real Central Control. I would guess the episode was dubbed by someone who didn’t see the episode where Central Control is found to be Ar- temis. Anyway, ignore it. Central Control doesn’t exist.
