Just as each sport league is an individual entity, so are Dagorhir clubs. Each club is liable for the activities they organize. This means if someone gets hurt at an event you organized, you are the person who will get sued. You can reduce your liability by incorporating the club as a non-profit corporation with in your state. Additional protection can be added by having either personal or corporate (club) liability insurance.
