However, we can assure you that providers are carefully selected and must share our business philosophy of speed, quality, operational excellence and customer service. All providers must submit to extensive pre-screening and monthly performance reviews, and we monitor the status of each transaction from beginning to end. LexisNexis understands that our customers have a very high expectation of us and we, in turn, have the same expectation of filing and service providers.
