WHO IS KEN WELTER?
Ken Welter began his real estate career in 1970 when he joined his father’s realty office as a full-time sales agent serving the northwest side of Chicago and surrounding suburbs. By 1980, Ken had established himself as one of the top residential agents in his market area. He completed a five-year postgraduate program through the Realtor’s National Marketing Institute and the National Association of Realtors and earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. While continuing to build his residential business, Ken started a commercial division in his office and became a senior instructor of commercial real estate for Century 21. Hundreds of brokers, sales managers, and agents in the Chicago area have learned about commercial brokerage from Ken. Helping people buy and sell homes is Ken’s real passion.
