Who Is Kegel?
Dr. Arnold Kegel is a gynaecologist who developed the Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises were originally developed to normalize women’s vaginal shape after pregancy, thus tightening the genital’s muscles. However, today, the exercises are practiced by both men and women to improve their sexual performance by delivering stronger and more powerful orgasms. When these exercises are finished, men actually are strengthening their pelvic floor muscle and as such, more blood will flow to his pelvic area.
