The Katie Vick storyline was brought up during a feud between Kane and Triple H. Triple H “uncovered” evidence that Kane had a female friend who he was in love with as a young man. Unfortunatly, Kane and Katie were in a car crash, and Katie died. Triple H then stated that it appeared that Katie had sex with Kane right before her death, even though Katie was disgusted at the thought of anything sexual between Kane and her. Triple H then went on and accussed Kane of being a Necropheliac, raping the corpse of Katie Vick after she died in the car crash.
