Fields is the Executive Vice President and COO of McDonald’s USA. This means Fields oversees operations for nearly 14,000 McDonald’s restaurants in the U.S.

Fields began her career as a crew member with McDonald’s in 1978 and has worked at all levels of the company from the restaurants to management. Before her current role, Fields was President of McDonald’s Central Division, Senior Vice President in the Central Division, Senior Vice President in the former Southeast Division, and Regional Vice President of the Pittsburgh region.

She has received numerous awards including the McDonald’s President’s Award and the Women’s Leadership Award for her work.
