Region IV covers four counties in Washington State: Clark County, Cowlitz County, Skamania County, and Wahkiakum County. The emergency responders (first responders) in each agency participate, and include Fire, Law Enforcement, HAZMAT, EMS, Public Health, Hospitals, Public Works, and Communications.
