Unit Name: ALA Committee on Legislation and the OITP Advisory Committee Goals: Goals: To mobilize an organized, rapid-response federal-grassroots-network of library supporters who are knowledgeable about federal issues related to libraries, who are prepared to communicate with Congress about the needs of libraries, and who will urge Congress to pass legislation that supports libraries.
