The pay forum has set up a steering committee which is overseeing the role analysis process and implementing the framework agreement. Suzy Ball and Raymond Kingsbury are the Unison representatives on this committee. Other members are Pamela Beevers and Ed Randall (AUT), Eleanor Sanders (project manager), Rob Letham (personnel), Ian Turner and Helen Carr (senior management team), Barry Douglas and Gisele Constant (finance).
