Who is inventor of Hydrogen Bomb??????
Hungarian physicist Edward Teller and Polish born mathematician Stanislaw Ulam developed the design known as the Teller-Ulam Design in 1951. The design was the concept of a type of nuclear weapon known as Hydrogen Bomb. There are two types of nuclear reaction: nuclear fission and nuclear fusion. An atomic bomb uses nuclear fission, that’s why it is also called a fission bomb. A hydrogen bomb uses nuclear fusion, thus it is also called a fusion bomb. For a hydrogen bomb to work, the fusion core has to be triggered by a fission primer. For this reason, a hydrogen bomb is actually a combination of fission and fusion bombs. A hydrogen bomb uses the same concept as the sun and contains the same hydrogen atom for nuclear reaction. Unlike the traditional atomic bomb that employs explosion, nuclear fusion like the sun and the hydrogen bomb employs implosion. It produces a tremendous amount of heat, which is also the reason why a hydrogen bomb is also called a thermonuclear bomb.
