Who is in charge of the street teams and human directionals?
FixAim street teams and human directionals are managed by three levels of management including on site managers, spot checkers and our phone-in check-out system. Street teams consist of a manager plus two or three team members. Typically the manager is also the driver but not always. Street teams are generally used for product sampling and distribution so there is a launch meeting where all involved in the event or promotion meet to go over the action-plan. The team is provided with an agenda and/or a target audience and the manager is the one to make sure the plan is followed. The street team manager micro-manages the other team members as they are together for 10-12 hour days. Individual team members use the phone-in/check out” system to check in and out with the corporate office by phone (toll free hot-line).
