Who is in charge of the Fort Belvoir BRAC realignment?
The Garrison Commander, Colonel John J. Strycula, oversees the BRAC mandates. He is the Army’s link between Fort Belvoir and the surrounding community on BRAC planning. He is assisted by Colonel Mark Moffatt, Deputy Garrison Commander for Transformation and BRAC, other installation staff, and Belvoir New Vision Planners (BNVP), a team of experienced managers, engineers, architects, and environmental and transportation planners.
