Most of the roads in Franklin Farm are maintained by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). Private streets in the townhome neighborhoods of Foxlease, Stone Heather, Rosemere and Tranquility are maintained by the Foundation. VDOT maintains the major arteries leading into these areas (Old Dairy Road, Tranquility Lane and a portion of Stone Heather Court). If you live on a public street that has not been plowed, report it through the VDOT local office at 703-383-VDOT. If you live on a road maintained by Franklin Farm which has not been plowed, call your neighborhood representative or the Foundation office.
