Who is in charge of Painting and Wallpapering?
Our contracts typically do not include painting or wallpaper removal. Therefore, wallpaper removal must be done prior to the start of our work. Areas where we performed drywall work will be sanded. Your painter may have minor sanding and pointing up to do prior to painting. Molding, woodworking or nail holes we do not caulk, as these are included in the painter’s scope of work.
