Who is IDC?

IDC was originally artists Alison Foshee, Roxanne Bartlett, and Samantha Fields. We formed this collective as a part of the REBEL REBEL exhibition at Annie Shaw’s New Chinatown Barbershop in 2004. Now, we have grown to include artists Matthew Penkala, Andre Yi, and Kristen Foster.
